There are a few paint blemishes that need to be redone. This is a factory AC car, but the AC is currently not hooked up.

I've had this car for about a year. I'm the 3rd owner and it has 69k original miles. All original drive train featuring 327 4-bbl, Powerglide trans & 12-bolt rear. All new brakes, ball joints, control arm bushings, springs, shocks, MagnaFlow exhaust, radiator, power steering pump, fuel pump & carb. Needs a few more things to make this a really nice car, but I don't have the budget.

It has been maintained very well, and recently (11/2024) got brand new tires with warranty, serpentine belt, and an oil change. We have always run full synthetic oil in it, and the oil changes have been done on time or early. This car has always been in a warm climate until 2024, so it has only seen one Missouri winter. The underside reflects this and shows very well with zero rust or corrosion. 

Cosmetically, the car is not perfect with some dings on the doors/bumpers and some water stains on the seats. However, it is very presentable inside and out. 

We do have a lien on the vehicle, so a payoff will have to be submitted, so the title can be requested from our lien holder. We are happy to conduct a transaction at your bank of choice, and provide notarized documents.

All weather trunk liner has been added and car was barely driven. 

Update - as of 2.7.24 the transmission fluid/filter have been changed/serviced, front brakes replaced, and fresh oil change done at McCurley's. This thing needs nothing but a new owner! Both wheel bearings replaced at 35k. Spark plugs and air filter replaced at 80k. Regular intervals with oil changes utilizing OEM filters, mostly hand washed at home and interior cleans a few times a year with Griots products. No smoking nor pets.

Wife is looking to downsize into a smaller SUV therefore, we are putting up our Ascent in order to make room in the driveway.
