PrivateAuto Affiliate Program & Contest Terms and Conditions
Affiliate Program Terms:
Eligibility: The program is open to US residents over the age of 18.
Registration: Affiliates must register on privateauto.com/affiliate using the embedded Google Form.
Compensation: Affiliates will be compensated $20 USD for each unique code redemption unless otherwise notified via email. All compensation over $600 will require Form 1099-MISC.
Payment: Payments are made monthly before the 15th for the previous month's total redemptions via Venmo. There is no minimum threshold.
Tracking and Reporting: Each affiliate is provided a unique code. Commissions are based on monthly code redemptions. The PrivateAuto team will track usage and provide a report before the 15th of the subsequent month.
Marketing Materials: Marketing materials are available for affiliate use, which include taglines, descriptions, images, videos, etc.
Content Usage: Affiliates may use PrivateAuto's branded items in promotions as long as they align with the company's branding guidelines. The company reserves the right to request removal of non-compliant content.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from sharing their codes on mass coupon sites, such as RetailMeNot and CouponBirds. Violations result in code deactivation and forfeiture of that month's compensation onward.
Termination: PrivateAuto may terminate the affiliate partnership, including change in commision rates and the discount provided by the code, at its discretion. Terminated affiliates (unless due to code misuse) will receive due payouts the following month.
Disputes: Disputes will be governed and resolved in accordance with the laws of Utah.
General Considerations:
T&Cs Updates: Any changes to the T&Cs will be communicated via email.
Liability & Indemnification: PrivateAuto is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from participation in the program or contest.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Utah.
